Our vineyard crew was dropping Chardonnay cluster (bombs) like Hot Lips over Germany in the last World War…. they’ll need to lace- up there Nike cleats next month, when we tackle the Oakville- hillside fruit grown along the dramatic slopes of Saunder’s Estate- due east of the Oakville Cross.
